Exciting News! | Manchester Service Desk | IT Support Manchester
We have some exciting news! Back in April 2018 (I know it’s not breaking news!) we expanded our team and coverage area to Manchester, giving us better support coverage for our Northern UK clients and an opportunity to offer IT Support Manchester and surrounding areas.
We were very lucky in sourcing the right person to start our Northern UK expansion and that man is Allen Byrne.
Allen joined the team in April 2018 as Service Desk Manager, with the Directors having previously worked with Allen when he was London based working for Dennis Publishing. Therefore a great addition to the team with us safe in the knowledge we had recruited a trustworthy, hard working and extremely talented person, always willing to go the extra mile to fix an issue or find a solution to a problem. An easy decision for us.
Since joining Allen has been instrumental in supporting all of our clients and has become the main onsite contact for our Northern UK clients.
With the additional resource and coverage area we are now looking to expand our Northern UK operations further as well as our Southern UK team.
